About the job
Your Tasks:
- Friendly and competent support of customers by phone for questions about E-Banking
- You are the first point of contact for concerns regarding login, payments, security questions and other functions
- Support with technical problems in E-Banking as well as guidance for independent use of digital services
- Recognising customer needs in conversation and targeted presentation of suitable digital offers (e.g. Mobile Banking, E-documents)
- Co-creating a positive customer experience through efficient and solution-oriented advice - even in complex cases
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments for continuous improvement of E-Banking support
- Enjoy communicating and convincing; you are extroverted and manage to win people over
- Very good Swiss German skills
