About the job

For one of our clients, a real estate agency in Geneva, we are looking for a property manager at 100%.

Responsibilities:
Active and comprehensive management of a portfolio of properties

Conducting move-in and move-out inspections

Supervising assistants, setting objectives and monitoring their achievement

Managing and maintaining relationships with tenants

Property maintenance, periodic inspections and report preparation

Drafting and modifying leases, as well as adjusting rents

Advising owners on rent setting

Checking invoices, management accounts and ancillary cost statements

Profile sought:
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training

Federal diploma as a property manager obtained or in progress, or continuing education in real estate

3 to 5 years of experience in property management in Switzerland

Good knowledge of accounting and tenancy law

Excellent writing skills

Affinity with digital tools, ability to actively participate in changes

Strong customer orientation, ability to maintain relationships based on a trust partnership

Entrepreneurial spirit, sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills
