As part of a reorganisation of the rapidly developing purchasing department, we are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team.

Your main objective will be to ensure that the right materials are ordered, tracked and delivered at the right time.

YOUR DAILY TASKS

No fixed routine: you follow purchases from A to Z and are in contact with many stakeholders.

=> You receive the requirements

=> You liaise with our suppliers

=> You place and track orders

=> You keep an eye on deliveries

=> You manage unforeseen events and make necessary follow-ups

=> You also ensure administrative follow-up and update indicators

YOUR PROFILE

More than a perfect background, we are looking for a personality and a way of working.

You are:

Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent training.

With at least 2 years of experience in purchasing.

Experience in a construction company is an asset.

Organised and comfortable handling several files simultaneously.

Meticulous, precise and attentive to details.

Autonomous, while appreciating teamwork.

Comfortable in contacts and exchanges.

Curious and able to quickly understand technical needs.

Comfortable with IT tools and ideally an ERP system.

A Purchasing Assistant certification? That’s a plus, knowledge of German? Even better!
