Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You take over the support, maintenance, and servicing of customers' IT systems
You ensure reliable 1st and 2nd level IT support and competently assist users.
Telephone support as well as classic helpdesk tasks are also part of your varied daily routine
With your solution-oriented approach, you ensure quick and sustainable resolution of faults
Qualifications:
You have a basic IT education with certification and bring solid experience with Microsoft clients and Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of LAN/WLAN, WAN, VPN, and TCP/IP also belongs to your technical know-how
Ideally, you are also familiar with mobile computing technologies such as tablets
You have excellent command of German, both spoken and written
