Technical Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF65,000 - 80,000Role:
As a clerk in internal sales, you are an important interface between our customers, the field service, production, and logistics. With your service-oriented and multilingual communication, you ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of customer enquiries by telephone and e-mail in German, French, and ideally other languages
Recording, processing, and monitoring customer orders from order to delivery
Preparation and follow-up of quotations as well as support in offer processing
Scheduling and delivery coordination in cooperation with production, purchasing, and logistics
Support of existing customers and assistance to the field service in daily business
Handling complaints and developing customer-oriented solutions
Maintenance of customer, price, and article data in the ERP system
Preparation of statistics, evaluations, and sales-relevant documents
Support in cross-departmental projects and process optimisations
Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer communication
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Professional experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar function
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
Additional language skills such as Italian or English are an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
Strong customer and service orientation
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Organisational talent with high resilience and flexibility
Team-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused personality
Enjoyment of daily contact with customers and business partners
