Job Description
- Write letters, medical reports, and expert assessments in French and German related to patient follow-up, ensuring impeccable editorial quality;
- Ensure the updating and monitoring of electronic medical records;
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail;
- Enter and update medical statistics;
- Manage telephone calls and provide a professional reception for internal and external contacts;
- Work closely with doctors and various care partners.
Qualifications
- Medical secretary diploma or equivalent training;
- Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written;
- Comfortable with IT tools and administrative management software;
- Experience in psychiatry is an asset;
- Organisational skills, precision, and autonomy in work;
- Excellent adaptability;
- Flexibility and versatility;
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility;
- Discretion and strict respect for confidentiality;
- Team spirit and service orientation.
