Maintenance Specialist Systems (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner specialises in the planning, installation, and maintenance of lift systems. The company installs over 300 lift systems annually for a wide range of applications. Through its own installation staff and in-house production, the partner achieves maximum flexibility, speed, and reliability.
Role:
You are responsible for the smooth operation of customer systems in your service area and independently carry out maintenance and repair tasks. You coordinate your assignments, organise spare parts proactively, and perform minor repairs directly on site. Additionally, you act as a competent interface to our customers and ensure their satisfaction through professional support.
Responsibilities:
Independent maintenance and inspection of the systems
Carrying out minor repairs and functional checks
Planning and organising service assignments in your own area
Proactive spare parts procurement
Participation in on-call and emergency deployments
Customer advice and support on site
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training in the electrical or mechanical field
Experience as a field service technician is an advantage
Responsible, independent, and customer-oriented working style
Resilient, reliable, and trustworthy
Driving licence Category B
Fluent German language skills
