Your tasks

• Preparation of concrete surfaces: cleaning, sanding, rectification and fine repair.
• Application of decorative and technical coatings on concrete (waxed concrete, cosmetic concrete, mineral plasters, special finishes).
• Carrying out patina work, levelling and aesthetic corrections on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Implementation of colouring, varnish, stain or resin techniques according to site requirements.
• Reading plans and adhering to architectural directives.
• Quality control of finishes to achieve a high-end aesthetic result.
• Strict compliance with safety standards and application procedures.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as painter, plasterer-painter or at least 5 years proven experience in decorative finishes on concrete.
• Excellent mastery of cosmetic concrete techniques and high-end finishes.
• Autonomous, meticulous person with a highly developed sense of detail.
• Ability to work in a team and manage tasks independently.
• Driving licence essential.
