Experienced Locksmith / Metal Fabricator (M/F)

Workplace: Canton of Fribourg

Contract type: Long-term temporary

Main tasks:

• Workshop fabrication of metal works (doors, windows, stairs, guardrails, façades, light frameworks).

• Reading and interpreting execution plans and assembly detail drawings.

• Use of shaping machines (presses, brakes, shears, cut-off saws).

• Installation and assembly on site in the canton of Fribourg.

• Quality control, levels, plumb lines and finishes.

Profile sought:

• Experience: Proven experience (minimum 2 to 3 years) in workshop and/or on metal construction sites in Switzerland.

• Technical skills: Mastery of shaping, cutting, bending, fitting and assembly techniques of steel, stainless steel and aluminium structures. Knowledge or mastery of welding (TIG, MIG/MAG).

• Plan reading: Ability to read and execute manufacturing and installation plans independently.

• Personal qualities: Team spirit, precision, autonomy and strict adherence to safety rules.

• Driving licence: Driving licence (category B) and own vehicle.
