What you can achieve:
- You are the first point of contact for employees with technical problems - whether hardware, software, network or specialised IT systems. You diagnose and resolve technical issues personally, by phone or via remote access, ensuring smooth IT operations at all locations
- You coordinate and support smaller IT projects - from the concept phase to implementation. This includes, for example, the introduction of new systems, optimisation of existing IT infrastructures or standardisation of workplace environments. You work closely with internal departments and external suppliers
- You are responsible for the setup, configuration and operation of specialised IT systems - especially live studio setups and meeting room infrastructure. You manage AV technology, streaming solutions and conference technologies and ensure a professional process during live events
- You maintain detailed records of support requests, project progress, IT assets and system documentation. You ensure up-to-date knowledge transfer within the team and create clear instructions as well as technical documentation for recurring processes
- You deliver an excellent service experience for internal customers. You ensure that requests are handled promptly and professionally, create training materials and conduct user training - in German and English
Your backpack:
- Completed training in computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification (e.g. IT specialist EFZ, HF computer science)
- Several years of proven experience in IT onsite support as well as enthusiasm and willingness to learn new systems and solutions and to continuously develop yourself.
- Solid experience with hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, system configuration and AV/media technology
- Very good knowledge in the installation and configuration of Windows operating systems, networks and IT infrastructure components; experience with live studio or AV setups is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment (including Teams, SharePoint, Intune) as well as basic knowledge of cloud services and modern workplace technologies
- Willingness to work outside regular working hours (e.g. at live events, project assignments or maintenance windows) as well as occasional travel to other locations (driving licence category B)
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
