You analyse suspicious activities, assess their impact, and coordinate appropriate defence measures together with the Security Operations Center.
You further develop detection logics, check the quality of alert messages, and identify gaps in security monitoring.
You optimise the Microsoft security platform through automations, scripts, and orchestrated response workflows.
You strengthen defence capabilities in the areas of threat analysis, data loss prevention, and vulnerability assessment.
You network internal specialist groups and technical contacts to implement protective measures effectively and sustainably.
Qualifications:
You have a university degree in computer science, information security, or a comparable field.
You bring solid practical experience in security operations as well as in automating detection and response processes.
You are familiar with Azure, Microsoft Defender, and Sentinel and ideally have obtained relevant security certifications.
You enjoy working interdisciplinarily, actively drive innovations, and adapt flexibly to changing requirements.
You recognise complex interrelationships, set priorities purposefully, and communicate technical matters clearly and appropriately for the audience.
