HR Administration Manager at 100%
Your mission
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for all activities related to personnel administration and ensure the quality, compliance and efficiency of HR processes throughout the employee journey. You will ensure the reliability of administrative processes, salary management and social insurance. As a true Business Partner, you will support line managers in administrative, contractual and regulatory matters and actively contribute to the development of HR policy as well as the continuous improvement of services.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the management and leadership of the HR administration service.
- Supervise, support and develop the skills of your team.
- Be the institutional reference for personnel administration, salary management and social insurance.
- Guarantee the administrative management of personnel throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure its accuracy, compliance and respect of deadlines.
- Ensure the correct application of social insurance, occupational benefits, applicable taxation as well as legal and contractual provisions.
- Ensure monthly and annual payroll closings as well as declarations to social insurance and competent authorities.
- Guarantee the accounting reconciliation of salaries and perform consistency checks between HR data, payroll and accounting.
- Advise and support line managers in HR administration, salaries, social insurance and labour law.
- Ensure the quality of HR data and develop reliable management indicators.
- Lead projects related to HR administration and actively contribute to the digitalisation and continuous improvement of processes.
- Maintain legislative and regulatory monitoring in your field of activity.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of HR administration processes within the internal control system.
Your assets
- Federal diploma as HR specialist or equivalent training.
- Proven experience of several years in a similar role, including team management.
- Excellent mastery of personnel administration, salary management, social insurance and accounting processes related to payroll.
- Proven experience in payroll accounting reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law, social insurance and occupational benefits.
- Recognised experience as a Business Partner to management.
- Excellent analytical skills, sense of responsibility, rigour and solution orientation.
- Unifying leadership, ability to support change and develop team skills.
- Very good command of IT tools and HR information systems.
