In this position, you take on the technical and organisational management of switchgear projects and ensure smooth handling from the offer preparation to project completion. You coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure timely material supply, and keep costs, resources, and quality in view at all times. With your technical understanding and solution-oriented working style, you are the central interface between customers, engineering, production, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Support and technical advice for customers throughout the entire project process
Preparation of calculations, offers, and project scheduling for switchgear and control projects
Planning and coordination of resources, schedules, and material procurement
Independent management of all project processes via the ERP system
Coordination and collaboration with suppliers, engineering, and production to ensure smooth project execution
Monitoring of project costs, budgets, and deadlines and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations
Review and approval of supplier invoices
Maintenance and management of project-related data and master information in the ERP system
Coordination of technical and administrative tasks for successful project implementation
Ensuring economical, quality-compliant, and timely project execution
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrical installer, automation technician, electrical planner, or a comparable technical qualification
Further training in project management, switchgear construction, or a comparable qualification (e.g. IPMA)
Experience in managing medium-sized technical projects
Sound knowledge in switchgear and control system construction
Confident handling of MS Office, CAD applications, and ideally ERP systems
High understanding of quality, occupational safety, and economical project management
Independent, structured, and reliable working style with strong organisational skills
Communicative, customer-oriented, and solution-focused personality
Team player, initiative, and sense of responsibility
Driving licence category B
Fluent German skills
