The Maisonneuve ecosystem ensures modern and optimised care for post-acute patients, whether in inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient care, or at home. Our mission is to support each patient throughout their care journey, to offer them a better quality of life by regaining their autonomy, comfort, and lasting balance.

We operate through three main structures:

• The Châtelaine Clinic, specialised in musculoskeletal and geriatric rehabilitation
• The CARE Charmilles Outpatient Rehabilitation Centre
• The Home Care Organisation (OSAD)

In 2026, two new facilities opened their doors in Belle Terre, comprising an inpatient clinic: Clinique Belle-Terre, and an outpatient rehabilitation centre: CARE Belle-Terre.

As part of our development and strengthening of our teams, we are looking for a:

Doctor

Your mission:

You will join a dynamic team where the human element is at the heart of our approach, and the patient is an active participant in their rehabilitation.

As a Doctor, you actively contribute to the quality and continuity of medical care in the fields of internal medicine, geriatrics, and musculoskeletal medicine.

You ensure comprehensive patient care, from initial assessment to the development of the therapeutic plan, including daily medical follow-up, coordination with care teams, and preparation for discharge home.

You participate in medical-nursing rounds, write discharge summaries and medical documents intended for care partners.

You work closely with the admissions department and the liaison nurse to assess admission requests, and you take part in multidisciplinary meetings and conferences to ensure coherent and appropriate care.

You are also called upon to communicate with families, coordinate requests for extended stays, and intervene promptly in case of acute complications.

Your profile:

• Medical degree with FMH specialisation
• Right to practice (Geneva)
