Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Troubleshooting machines and systems throughout Switzerland

• Performing service, repair, and maintenance work

• Assembling and commissioning machines and systems on site at the customer

• Testing consumables at customers in collaboration with sales

• Conducting instructions and demonstrations of machines at customers

• Supporting our internal service team with technical questions

• Weekend, evening and foreign assignments as well as on-call duties by arrangement

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as an automation technician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer or electronics technician with mechanical knowledge

• Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage

• Knowledge of PLC basics, sensor technology, signal transmission, network connections, etc.

• Analytical and technical understanding as well as logical and structured approach

• Driving licence category B is mandatory

• Convincing, confident and customer-oriented manner

• Enjoyment of daily, personal customer contact

• Team player and strong communication skills

• Can-do attitude and social competence
