Project Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Our client is an internationally active company in the industrial sector. The focus is on modern technologies, high quality standards and the continuous development of products and processes.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of tender documents and conducting request for quotations.
Analysis of market offers and development of sound decision-making bases for awards.
Monitoring purchasing data and continuously updating the relevant ERP systems.
Processing supplier information and cleansing existing material data.
Identification of saving potentials and implementation of corresponding measures.
Support of assigned packaging suppliers in technical and commercial changes.
Coordination of new supplier orders with global procurement guidelines.
Coordination with the plants, especially regarding logistical and packaging-related issues.
Qualifications:
Degree in business, procurement, engineering or a comparable field.
Solid knowledge in the use of SAP and MS Office.
Interest in purchasing processes and technical material requirements.
Understanding of cost structures, supplier evaluations and procurement processes.
Strong numerical affinity and analytical thinking skills.
Proactive working style with independent organisation of own tasks.
Clear communication and a confident manner towards internal and external contacts.
Very good German and good English skills for international collaboration.
