Role:
An established Swiss real estate company that supports owners and investors in the holistic care and development of properties.
Employees work with different real estate segments and stakeholders and can draw on expertise from areas such as real estate accounting, controlling, leasing, technical services and sustainability. At the same time, processes are continuously developed and modern working tools are used. Responsibilities:
As a flexible specialist, you step in where property management teams in the German-speaking part of Switzerland need additional professional support and ensure continuity in day-to-day business.
You accompany initial lettings and tenant changes and ensure the smooth handover and acceptance of rental properties.
You are a competent contact person for owners and tenants and coordinate concerns with property caretakers, craftsmen and authorities.
You ensure the contractual maintenance of the properties, carry out recurring property inspections and document the condition of the real estate in meaningful reports.
You administratively develop rental contracts and rents, implement indexed adjustments and advise owners based on the current rental situation.
Qualifications:
You are digitally savvy, curious about changes and willing to actively help shape new processes.
An independent and reliable working style as well as high flexibility and willingness to travel are among your strengths.
You have a strong service orientation and maintain a respectful and partnership-based approach with different stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented action and confident manners complete your profile.
You have native-level German skills and a very confident written expression.
