• You actively acquire and support clients from the Medical sector (nursing, medicine, paramedicine and clinical experts)
• You conduct client visits and personnel needs analyses
• You take over the entire recruitment process: placing adverts, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, preparing dossiers
• You place candidates for temporary and permanent positions
• You support and accompany employees during assignments
• You use digital tools and networks to acquire clients and candidates

• Completed commercial training and/or experience in the medical field
• Initial experience in technical sales, consulting or recruiting is desirable
• Good communication skills, strong service orientation and sales affinity
• Good knowledge of MS Office, social media and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
