Construction Site Manager (M/F) – 100%

Active in the fields of construction and civil engineering, serving individuals, companies, and communities for over 20 years, MGO Réalisations SA is a company within the Insulae SA group employing around fifty people.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Your responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5 to 12 people
• Organise and allocate work on site as well as plan your teams’ tasks
• Order the materials necessary for the completion of the work
• Write daily activity reports
• Record employees’ working hours
• Prepare measurements and invoicing
• Produce quotes

Your skills

• You hold a technician diploma ES in construction or have equivalent experience
• You have a vision and organisational skills that allow you to manage several projects simultaneously
• You are autonomous, responsible, and enjoy teamwork
• You are comfortable with interpersonal relations
• You are proficient with the Office software suite and Baubit software
• You express yourself very well in French (spoken and written)
