Spitex Nursing Specialist 40-100% - Care that arrives at home.
Your tasks- You ensure basic and treatment care for clients at home, working independently and responsibly
- With your support in everyday life, you specifically promote the independence and quality of life of the people cared for
- You recognise changes in health status early, document them carefully and pass on relevant information
- You work closely with nursing specialists as well as external partners
- Electronic nursing documentation is part of your daily work tools
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Enjoyment of independent work in an outpatient setting
- High social competence, sense of responsibility and reliable working style
- Good IT user skills and interest in digital working tools
- 5 weeks’ holiday
