UCC Supporter (m/f/d)

Support and maintenance of VoIP communication systems
Ensuring the stable operation of IP telephone systems such as Wildix and Mitel
First point of contact for external customers regarding UCC enquiries
Analysis and resolution of issues in the area of Unified Communications
Qualifications:
Completed training in telematics, computer science, building technology or comparable qualification
Initial experience with camera and alarm systems, Mitel, Wildix or MS Teams telephony is an advantage
Knowledge of neat cabling of workplace environments
Driving licence category B
Very good German skills spoken and written
