ICT Support Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• As part of the Service Desk team, you take on the role of the technical contact person in 1st level support

• You ensure the smooth operation of ICT infrastructures including client systems at our SME customers

• Your tasks include creating and continuously maintaining customer documentation

• You actively support your team colleagues in the implementation of customer projects

• You are committed to promoting internal knowledge exchange

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed IT training (EFZ or equivalent) with professional experience in the Service Desk

• Expertise in server infrastructures, M365/Azure, virtualisation, network technologies as well as unified communications

• Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for customer support

• Team-oriented personality with high quality standards

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, English and/or French advantageous
