This is what your daily routine looks like
- At the core: You independently conduct administrative and court proceedings in social insurance and private insurance law.
- With your expertise, you advise internal specialist departments on legal questions.
- In cross-departmental projects, you contribute your legal know-how and help develop practical solutions.
- You support the responsible departments in contract negotiations and conclusions.
- In exchange with external legal representatives, you issue mandates and professionally accompany the proceedings.
This is what you bring with you
- First and foremost: You have a university degree in law (lic. iur./MLaw). The Swiss bar admission is an advantage.
- With several years of professional experience, ideally in the insurance industry, you have sound knowledge of insurance law.
- You are skilled in assessing complex matters and drafting precise legal opinions.
- As a team player, you work efficiently, communicate clearly and approach tasks proactively with a high level of commitment.
- Your proficient use of IT applications as well as AI tools simplifies your daily work and supports you efficiently.
- You express yourself confidently in German; very good knowledge of French is an advantage.
