• You are versatile, autonomous and responsive, and you intervene according to the needs of the different hotels to contribute to the safety and comfort of guests as well as the smooth running of night operations.
• You ensure reception, late arrivals and early departures of guests.
• You guarantee personalised service in line with the standards of a luxury establishment and the Leading Hotels of the World programme (LQA).
• You carry out Night Audit operations and daily closings in compliance with internal procedures.
• You control receipts, invoicing and the consistency of financial data.
• You follow up on guest requests during the night and provide operational support to the various hotel departments when activity requires it.
• You ensure the safety of guests, employees and the building during your shift, and you handle complaints and sensitive situations during the night, seeking appropriate solutions to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• You perform daily closings according to current standards and accounting instructions, as well as daily closings of our IT systems.

• You are proficient with IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You have good knowledge of a hotel PMS (Opera Cloud ideally) and familiarity with the MICROS system is an asset.
• You have good knowledge of accounting closing procedures.
• You have a sense of organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• You are able to manage your stress and are proactive in seeking solutions.
• You demonstrate adaptability, autonomy, good physical condition and a sense of responsibility.
• You have a successful first experience in reception or Night Audit, ideally in upscale or luxury hospitality, and you are fluent in French and English, any other language being an asset.
