For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Suhr AG area, we are looking for a reliable, practically minded and technically skilled individual as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic 80-100% (m/f).
The company operates modern production and industrial facilities where availability, quality and smooth operation are crucial. You can expect a varied role in mechanical maintenance, where you contribute daily to ensuring that machines, systems and operational equipment function reliably.
- Analysis and rectification of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults
- Execution of planned maintenance work according to maintenance and servicing schedules
- Participation in overhauls, conversions, installations and technical optimisations
- Conducting functional tests, adjustments and technical inspections
- Ensuring high system availability during ongoing operations
- Identifying weaknesses and contributing improvement measures
- Collaboration with production, engineering, quality assurance and external service providers
- Documentation of completed work, faults and technical findings
- Compliance with safety, quality and operational regulations
- Experience in maintenance, servicing, assembly, repair or production technology is an advantage
- Good understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and industrial systems
- Electrical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to understand technical drawings, schematics and documentation
- Independent, clean and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of practical work, fault finding and technical improvements
- Team-oriented, resilient and responsible personality
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work day shifts or shift work, depending on the area of deployment

Tasks
- Maintenance, repair and servicing of production facilities, machines and operational equipment- Analysis and rectification of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, plant and apparatus builder or comparable technical education- Experience in maintenance, servicing, assembly, repair or production technology is an advantage
