Your tasks

• You comprehensively support and advise our employees and ensure high and sustainable customer satisfaction.
• You are the competent contact person for demanding insurance and pension questions.
• You assist new employees when joining the company and accompany them with all questions regarding their insurance and pension situation.
• You actively develop existing customer relationships and create sustainable added value through personal advice.
• You consistently pursue the all-industry approach and provide holistic advice across all insurance sectors - from health and property insurance to pension and asset solutions to individual protection needs.
• You recognise advisory and sales potential early and professionally implement cross- and upselling opportunities.
• You independently plan and implement sales and marketing activities to further develop your customer portfolio.

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education as well as further training as an insurance intermediary VBV or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring several years of successful experience in insurance consulting.
• You have sound knowledge in various insurance sectors and convince with your all-industry competence.
• You are a convincing personality with a strong customer orientation and proven sales success.
• You know how to build long-term relationships, create trust, and inspire people with solutions.
• You act entrepreneurially, recognise opportunities, and use them in the sense of sustainable customer development.
• Confident communication in German and French is a requirement; English skills are an advantage.
