Role:
You are a team player with technical intuition and customer focus. Flexible working models (including home office) offer you the necessary freedom.
Responsibilities:
You support our customers in 1st and 2nd level support – Microsoft Windows, 365, and VDI solutions (Citrix, Horizon, RDS) are part of your daily routine.
You coordinate support requests, perform maintenance, and help ensure systems run smoothly.
You work independently, think solution-oriented, and enjoy communicating in German and English.
Qualifications:
Completed training or several years of experience in IT support.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows (server/client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems, and firewalls.
Service mentality, enjoyment of customer contact, and very good language skills (German/English).
