Then dive into the diverse world of airport infrastructure! In the Terminal Projects & Development team, you actively contribute to ongoing projects and take on your own task packages. You will be closely involved in everything that sustainably shapes the passenger experience - from check-in through baggage to boarding.

Your job destination

• You support our project managers as a reliable project assistant in optimisation projects along the entire passenger handling process from check-in to boarding
• To find smart technologies for the future, you research best practices, compare international benchmarks and prepare your findings in clear presentations, visualisations and documentation
• You analyse existing processes, derive concrete improvement measures and implement them together with internal and external partners and stakeholders
• During live operation tests, you carry out measurements and evaluate the results according to defined criteria
• You actively contribute to the development and further development of passenger and baggage processes

Your skills in your luggage

• You are currently studying at a university/ETH, FH or HF - ideally in aviation, business administration or engineering sciences, or you are in a gap (half) year before your studies or training/continuing education
• Analytical thinking suits you and you enjoy presenting - you appear convincing and proactive
• You enjoy working with others and appreciate an open, straightforward exchange
• Very good German, solid English and strong MS Office skills are also part of your hand luggage
