Do you know commercial vehicles and enjoy customer contact? Then come and strengthen our team in Bussigny.

At MAN, after-sales service is much more than just a workshop reception. You are the link between our customers, the workshop and our technical specialists. You accompany our customers from the appointment booking to the vehicle handover and ensure that everything runs professionally, efficiently and transparently.

Your tasks

• Welcome and advise our customers on all questions related to the maintenance and repair of their commercial vehicles
• Plan and coordinate appointments and work with the workshop
• Prepare repair orders and ensure their follow-up
• Inform customers about the progress of work, deadlines and costs
• Prepare quotes and manage the administrative follow-up of files
• Coordinate additional work with customers and the workshop
• Check the work performed before handing over the vehicle
• Ensure professional communication between customers, the workshop and various internal departments
• Actively contribute to excellent customer satisfaction

Your profile

Ideally, you have a technical training in the automotive field, for example as a mechanic, automotive or commercial vehicle mechatronics technician, and you want to put your technical knowledge at the service of our customers.

Experience as an after-sales advisor, workshop receptionist or customer advisor in the automotive sector is an advantage.

You also stand out by:

• a genuine sense of service and customer contact
• good technical knowledge in the automotive or commercial vehicle field
• an autonomous, structured and reliable way of working
• good organisational skills, even when activity is intense
• a team spirit and open communication
• good knowledge of French
• a valid driving licence
