• You work as a sales professional at the customer front as well as in all areas including production and take on the role model function in your team

• You take on administrative tasks such as shift planning, ordering, and daily accounting

• You gladly take responsibility and lead by good example

• Initial leadership experience is an advantage

• You also enjoy working at weekends
