Your role
Provide operational support for sales tools with external technical suppliers, national partners (NOVA, SwissPass Alliance) and internal users.
Keep distribution systems up to date according to internal and external needs.
Configure and monitor product settings in the various sales systems.
Ensure monitoring and proper functioning of interfaces (data flows) between different tools.
Carry out monitoring, control and reconciliation of financial statements generated by the various IT systems.
Ensure operational follow-up of projects related to distribution.
Keep abreast of technical innovations in the public transport sector and participate in discussions to improve new systems for the company.

The profile we are looking for
Basic training in IT or media computing (CFC) or commercial training (CFC) with a strong technical affinity.
2 years of professional experience with sales and e-commerce systems (ideally in public transport).
Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
Commitment and sense of responsibility. Initiative, autonomy and analytical skills.
Native French or German speaker (or C2 level), with good knowledge of the other language (B1), as well as English (B1).
