At rocksresort, signinahotel and Riders Hotel, you are jointly responsible with the Co-Lead Guest Experience Operations for the Guest Experience Circle. You ensure that our guests experience a consistent, high-quality experience at every touchpoint and continuously develop the area further. In doing so, you take responsibility for the guest experience at the front and within the resort, as well as for value generation along the guest journey.
