This is what your daily routine looks like
- At the core: You have your international benefit claims under control – because our insured rely on a correct and swift assessment.
- You move confidently between insured persons, foreign service providers, and internal specialist departments, clarifying open questions.
- Even with tricky cases, you keep an overview, clarify medical and legal questions, and involve internal specialist departments if necessary.
- In exchange with colleagues, you contribute your knowledge and find solutions for demanding benefit cases.
- You provide information on benefit questions in an international context by phone and in writing.
- Your structured way of working ensures that quality and service standards are always met.
What you bring with you
- First and foremost: You have completed a commercial basic training and are interested in medical topics. A paramedical qualification is an advantage.
- You express yourself very well in German and English (spoken and written). Any additional foreign language is a plus.
- You find it easy to organise yourself, set priorities, and keep an overview.
- You handle digital tools confidently and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
- A careful, proactive working style and the ability to stay focused even in complex cases distinguish you.
- You face challenging enquiries confidently and actively seek solutions.
