HRIS (Workday) Associate Specialist

Your Responsibilities - Develop and implement Workday dashboards and reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Support technical configuration and functional improvements in Workday.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with minimal disruption to users.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements through well-documented processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct regression testing and support system stability during updates.
- Document configurations, testing outcomes, and support knowledge transfer.
Your Profile Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification or equivalent experience.
- Workday Training Certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a professional office environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday, especially in reporting and dashboards.
- (Desirable) 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- (Desirable) Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- (Desirable) Background in HR or payroll.
