Senior Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 130,000Role:
The company is an established Swiss industrial and service company that supports industry and commerce along the entire value chain around chemicals, lubricants, and industrial waste.
Through integrated processes, not only products are provided, but solutions for their safe storage, return, processing, and recycling are developed simultaneously.
Employees operate at the interface of industry, chemistry, logistics, and the circular economy, working on solutions that combine both economic and ecological requirements.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of controlling for several business areas including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Analysis of key financial figures, cost structures, and operational developments as well as preparation of meaningful reports
Close collaboration with the responsible division managers and advising on financial and strategic issues
Conducting variance analyses and deriving concrete measures to optimise the business areas
Responsibility for annual budget planning as well as active participation in forecasts and scenario analyses
Support of financial accounting in Swiss GAAP FER financial statements and assistance with internal and external audits
Qualifications:
Completed degree or comparable business education with a focus on controlling or finance
Practical experience in operational controlling and cost accounting
Confident handling of ERP systems as well as a strong affinity for numbers and data analysis
Very good Excel skills and the ability to prepare complex information clearly
Communicative, solution-oriented personality with an entrepreneurial view of the whole
Fluent German language skills
