Your tasks
- Ordering and recording new vehicles
- Preparation and invoicing of delivery and trade-in files
- Ordering and invoicing vehicles for local agents
- Monitoring premiums and rebates from importers
- Management of registrations
- Monitoring debtors and creditors
- Coding of supplier invoices
- Cash management
- Replacement of the telephone operator - receptionist
Your profile
- Commercial employee apprenticeship with federal certificate (CFC)
- Knowledge of accounting
- Experience in an administrative position is an advantage
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Organised, rigorous and autonomous
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Thanks to your positive attitude, you easily integrate into a motivated and open-minded team
