Role:
As an electrician, you are responsible for the technical operational readiness of our building technology. You carry out maintenance, repairs, and fault rectifications, optimise systems, and support projects related to modern building services engineering. You work closely with internal specialist departments and external service providers.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the operational readiness of building technology
Independent fault analysis and fault rectification on technical systems
Carrying out periodic maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Optimising and further developing the managed systems
Coordination, repair, and testing of electrical devices in accordance with legal requirements
Participation in the introduction and assurance of modern building services systems
Supervision and coordination of third-party companies, including internal projects
Carrying out final, acceptance, and periodic safety inspections on low-voltage installations with support from external specialists
Interdisciplinary collaboration with various internal departments
Working with maintenance, building management, and alarm systems
Qualifications:
Certificate of competence as Electrician EFZ with NIV Art. 13
Experience in operational maintenance is an advantage
Alternatively or additionally, training as a maintenance specialist with connection permit NIV Art. 15
Experience in handling building management and control systems
Technical understanding and interest in modern building technology
Driving licence category B
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
