Job Description- You care for and support the residents individually and appreciatively.
- You take on basic and treatment care according to your competencies.
- You carry out medical-technical procedures professionally.
- You observe the health status of the residents and document changes.
- You work closely with the nursing team and other professionals.
- Completed training as a Health Professional m/f/d (EFZ or equivalent)
- Team spirit, empathy and resilience – even in demanding situations
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Good German skills at least B2
