IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

You take on the first-level support for our business software systems and work closely with the second- and third-level support
You support and train the users, create documentation, training materials as well as dashboards and evaluations
Additionally, you conduct tests for program changes and updates, manage users and permissions and assist the team with other IT tasks
Qualifications:
You have a completed education in computer science or possess a comparable qualification or several years of experience in the IT field
You are confident in supporting business software systems (e.g. ERP, DMS, CAQ) and ideally have already worked with a helpdesk ticket system
Knowledge of Sage b7, d.3 or CAQ as well as SQL is an advantage
You also have experience in a complex IT environment
You have very good German and good English skills both spoken and written
