With us, you are in direct contact with our customers daily - whether by phone, at reception, or by email. In this versatile role, you support our team of insurance and pension advisors and set the course for the smooth processing of customer business.

What You Bring

• Completed commercial training in the field of private insurance Enjoyment of direct customer contact and teamwork
• Helpfulness and enthusiasm for customers are your passion
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and reliability
• Fluent German language skills
