Branch Manager Supporter Central Region 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You support our branches in the Central Region with all operational and strategic matters

• You step in as a deputy for branch managers when needed and take on leadership on site

• You coach and further develop branch managers and their teams

• You analyse key figures and jointly derive measures for optimisation with the branch managers

• You ensure the implementation of standards and concepts in the branches

• You are the contact person for all matters concerning personnel, inventory management and customer service

• You conduct regular branch visits and provide constructive feedback

What do I need to be successful?

You have several years of experience in retail, ideally as a branch manager or in a comparable position

• You bring leadership experience and can inspire and motivate teams

• You are flexible and willing to travel throughout the entire Central Region

• You have a good understanding of numbers and can recognise business contexts

• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner

• You enjoy developing and promoting people

• You hold a category B driving licence
