Machine Operator Gravure Printing 3-Shift

Our client is a globally leading company that develops and produces packaging solutions made of aluminium, paper, and plastic films. For this client, we are temporarily seeking qualified, independent, and resilient individuals for 6 months.

Machine Operator Gravure Printing 3-Shift Operation 100%

Your tasks:

• Operating, setting up, and running the gravure printing machine
• Strict adherence to the specifications according to the order documents and machine setting data
• Monitoring quality and ensuring timely production
• Continuous optimisation of processes, productivity, and waste reduction
• Initiating appropriate countermeasures in case of problems
• Compliance with safety regulations and hygiene requirements

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a plant operator or extensive experience as a machine operator, preferably in the flexible packaging industry
• Very good German in spoken and written form (B2)
• Ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene regulations
• Willingness to work 3 shifts and overtime if necessary
• Physical fitness, team player, conscientious, and reliable
