System and Infrastructure Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role, you are responsible for the stable and secure IT operation of numerous small and medium-sized enterprises and provide innovative services via the cloud. You accompany your customers’ digitalisation, support them in daily operations, and work on diverse projects around web, digitalisation, and cloud. You use modern tools at a personal workstation and are frequently on the move visiting your customers. You shape your working day with plenty of freedom and independence and contribute as a committed, responsible individual.
Responsibilities:
You manage customer projects, engineering, and support tasks and advise on modern IT solutions
You install and operate IT infrastructures on-site and in the cloud and coordinate tickets, changes, and mutations
You use your experience to independently implement IT projects and further develop modern server, storage, and network environments
Together with the engineering team, you continuously develop the data centres
Qualifications:
You have a basic IT education or comparable professional experience
You possess good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Azure, virtualisation, firewalls, backup, and networking
You have independently implemented several IT projects
You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
