Your tasks

• Operational accounting: Independent management of financial and property accounting for a diverse real estate portfolio.

• Financial statement preparation: Responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including VAT returns).

• Heating and ancillary costs: Preparation and plausibility check of the annual heating and ancillary cost statements.

• Payment transactions & dunning: Monitoring payment transactions, implementing rent adjustments, and managing dunning and debt collection processes.

• Interface function: Close communication with property managers, owners, auditors, and authorities.

Your profile

• Education: Commercial basic training with specialised further education in finance and accounting (e.g. accounting clerk, professional certificate in finance and accounting, or real estate fiduciary).

• Professional experience:

  • Ideally: Several years of experience in property accounting.

  • Alternatively: Solid experience as a financial accountant with strong motivation to quickly familiarise yourself with the specifics of real estate accounting.

• Expertise: Confidence in financial statement preparation is an essential requirement for this position.

• Systems: Confident use of common ERP systems and MS Office. (Experience with real estate software is an advantage but quickly learnable due to the integrated and logical system).

• Personality: You work precisely, structured, and independently. High motivation, service orientation, and team spirit characterise you.
