Tasks

• You are responsible for ensuring qualified nursing services according to contemporary nursing and treatment approaches and efficiently delegating tasks to staff with various levels of competence.
• You take on nursing and medical-technical tasks, especially in demanding care situations.
• You support residents and their relatives during illness phases and challenging moments.
• You play a key role in shaping the department's objectives to ensure and promote quality and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Night shifts possible upon request.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with a strong focus on people
• Enthusiasm for independent work combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) and ideally experience in the gerontopsychiatric context
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to think holistically, and high resilience

The salaries for nursing and therapeutic professions have been increased to strengthen these professional groups. The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 85,228 to CHF 113,882 (100%) depending on experience.
