What is my role?

You independently manage construction sites in the field of heating installation and ensure a smooth process

• You coordinate and lead your assembly team on site

• You are responsible for the professional installation of heating systems, heat pumps and modern heating technologies

• You monitor compliance with deadlines, quality standards and safety regulations

• You are the contact person for customers and clarify technical questions directly on site

• You work closely with project management and ensure proper documentation

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or as a heating installer

• You have several years of professional experience in heating installation

• Ideally, you already have experience in site management or team leadership

• You work independently, in a structured manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You have a category B driving licence

• You are communicative and treat customers and colleagues in a friendly manner
