To strengthen the international team in the field of packaging labels, we are looking for a committed and quality-conscious individual as a Designer (m/f/d) for our client in Zug.
In this role, you will make a sustainable contribution to our change management processes. The focus of your work is on revising and maintaining packaging labels and nameplates as well as managing our design data in Siemens Teamcenter to support various departments and locations.

Duration: 1 year (until 30.09.2027, extension option available)

Workload: 100%
Home office: On-site presence required during onboarding (approx. 6 months). Afterwards, up to 2 days home office per week possible by arrangement.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Change Management: Implementation of change processes focusing on packaging labels, nameplates, and general maintenance work in the design area.
Data Maintenance: Careful maintenance, updating, and management of technical data and models in the PLM system (Siemens Teamcenter).
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Active support and cooperation with interface teams and other international locations.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring precise and structured documentation of all label and data adjustments.
Knowledge & Requirements (Must-Haves)
Education: Completed vocational training as a designer or a comparable technical qualification.
Software Skills: Solid and confident know-how in handling NX-CAD, CorelDraw, and Siemens Teamcenter.
Experience: Both experienced professionals and motivated junior profiles are welcome, provided the required tools are mastered confidently.
Language Skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage.
Working Style & Personality: Meticulous, solution-oriented, and independent working style as well as reliable communication and strong team spirit.
Desirable Additional Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
Specific Experience: Initial practical experience in the field of labelling technology (labels, nameplates, packaging graphics) is a plus.
