Controlling Team Leader (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF125,000 - 135,000Role:
The organisation is one of the established providers in the Swiss rehabilitation sector and offers people comprehensive support on their way back to greater independence and quality of life after illnesses, accidents, or medical procedures.
In addition to the medical and therapeutic areas, numerous central functions ensure the professional operation and continuous development of the organisation. Finance, HR, IT, administration, hospitality, and other corporate areas work closely with the specialist clinics and treatment teams.
Employees can make a direct contribution to the further development of a socially relevant healthcare organisation.
Responsibilities:
You lead the controlling team both professionally and personally and ensure continuous development of employees and structures.
You take responsibility for the operational accounting according to REKOLE® and ensure a reliable basis for financial management.
You coordinate the budget and forecast processes, analyse financial variances, and prepare relevant insights for management.
As a business partner for the clinic management, you support operational business questions and continuously develop financial reporting.
In addition to statutory data collections and tariff bases, you participate in cross-disciplinary and cross-departmental projects and optimise existing controlling instruments.
Qualifications:
You have a completed business administration education at university, university of applied sciences, or college level, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in controlling or operational accounting.
Initial leadership experience or solid knowledge in professional team leadership as well as enjoyment of operational controlling work distinguish you.
With your analytical and structured working style, you quickly recognise connections and develop pragmatic solutions.
You present yourself confidently, work highly service-oriented, and have very good Excel skills.
Fluent written and spoken German.
