Lead Microsoft 365 Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

You analyse the existing Microsoft 365 landscape of your customers and develop future-oriented concepts for modern and efficient working environments.
You are responsible for the technical implementation and further development of M365 solutions and ensure optimal integration into existing IT and organisational structures.
You translate technical and organisational requirements into concrete technical solutions and work closely with specialists from cloud, security and engineering.
You conduct workshops and consulting sessions at various levels, communicate complex content clearly, and support customers in change and decision-making processes.
You contribute to pre-sales, customer presentations and proposals and support the further development of consulting services, methods and modern M365 services.
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in Microsoft 365, IT consulting, modern workplace or a comparable customer-oriented role.
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, especially Teams, SharePoint and Copilot, as well as a good understanding of their interaction and application possibilities.
Experience in conceptualising and implementing IT projects as well as advising customers and stakeholders on technical and organisational issues.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident demeanour and the ability to prepare technical matters appropriately for specialist departments and decision-makers.
Very good German language skills at native level, ideally complemented by Swiss German, as well as willingness to provide personal customer support on site. Experience with change management or a corresponding certification is an advantage.
