About the job
For our Home Support department, we are looking for a clerk from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks:
- Together with a colleague, you are responsible for the smooth, efficient operation of our "Red Cross Emergency Call" service.
- You competently advise clients and interested parties on the various devices – by phone or in person.
- You handle registrations, deregistrations, and changes administratively and maintain the electronic files.
- You coordinate fault reports with the emergency call centre.
- You manage and maintain the emergency call devices and SIM cards.
- You are the coordinating contact person for the five emergency call field staff.
- You are responsible for the monthly invoicing.
Your profile:
- You have a commercial basic education and have already gained professional experience in administration/clerical work.
- You are proficient in working with a PC using MS Office and other administrative software applications.
- You are communicative with very good oral and written expression skills and see yourself as a service provider, especially in dealing with our predominantly older clientele.
- You work carefully and in a structured manner and are characterised by reliability and discretion.
- You enjoy engaging technically with various emergency call systems.
